If Customer purchases Social Rotation’s products and/or services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction.

However, Customer may be required to provide certain personal information to us when they elect to use certain products or services available on the Site. Social Rotation collects and uses Customer’s personal information to operate its website(s) and deliver the services they have requested. Social Rotation may also use Customer’s personally identifiable information to inform them of other products or services available from Social Rotation and its affiliates.

Social Rotation does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties.
Social Rotation may, from time to time, contact Customer on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to them. Social Rotation does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If a visitor or user is under the age of thirteen, that visitor or user must ask for parent or guardian permission to use this website.
Disconnecting your PP Account from Third Party Websites
Customer will be able to connect your Social Rotation account to third-party accounts. BY CONNECTING YOUR Social Rotation ACCOUNT TO YOUR THIRD-PARTY ACCOUNT (E.G. FACEBOOK), CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT THEY ARE CONSENTING TO THE CONTINUOUS RELEASE OF INFORMATION ABOUT THEMSELVES TO OTHERS (IN ACCORDANCE WITH YOUR PRIVACY SETTINGS ON THOSE THIRD-PARTY SITES). From time to time, Social Rotation may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication. In order to improve our Services, we may receive a notification when an email from Social Rotation is opened or a link contained within is clicked.
Customers who would like to stop receiving marketing or promotional communications via email from Social Rotation, they may opt out of such communications by Customers may unsubscribe from emails by "replying STOP" or "clicking on the UNSUBSCRIBE button.

If Customer is a California resident and we disclose their personally identifiable information to third parties for such third parties’ direct marketing purposes, California’s Shine the Light Law (CA Civil Code Section 1798.83) allows them to request certain information from us about such disclosures.
